GeneralThe tissue/smear must be mounted with a coverslip, glass or tape.
Standard1-inch x 3-inch (2.54 cm x 7.62 cm) slides. Compatiable with ISO 8037/1.

Special RequirementThe coverslip and attached label must remain fully within the microscope slide perimeter, secured with complete adhesive contact. All surfaces shall lie flat without edge separation. The slide exterior must maintain dryness with no fluid leakage from the specimen zone.
Maximum Tissue/Smear ThicknessOptimized for tissue thickness of 3-5 μm (including mounting media)
Coverslips AcceptedThe coverslip/label assembly (0.17 mm nominal thickness, standard borosilicate glass or cellulose tri-acetate film) must maintain full edge registration with the microscope slide substrate through continuous adhesive bonding. All interfacial surfaces shall exhibit co-planar adhesion integrity with zero delamination, while the external slide surfaces remain contamination-free from residual fluids or specimen migration.

Label Special RequirementAdhesive labels must maintain non-protrusive margins within slide boundaries and demonstrate full-surface lamination to the coverslip interface plane (upper slide surface). Prohibited from substrate attachment on the specimen observation surface (lower slide plane), all labeling components shall exhibit edge-to-edge planar adhesion without delamination defects.

KFBIO Digital Pathology Slide Scanner (PRX) is a world leader in the accuracy of movement, focus, and image processing, and its accurate whole slide imaging not only meets the requirements of digital slide viewing and operation but is also suitable for AI-assisted image analysis.

High Quality, 3 Colors Independent Processing

K-SCP color processing method helps restore the original color, saturation, color temperature, color contrast and other indicators to enhance images, as well as color compensation of different displays after imaging.

High Resolution, 0.5µm/pixel (20X), 0.25µm/pixel (40X)

It adopts top optical accessories. The light source, objective lens, camera, optical path and other accessories are comprehensively optimized. It greatly improves the optical resolution to directly observe the structure and details in the cell. The nucleus edge is sharp and the internal structure is clearly visible. The resolution distance can be as small as 0.125µm.

High Precision, 20nm Fine Control, 80x magnification

Linear magnetic axis drive and grating ruler positioning mechanism are adopted to achieve ultra-high precision of image movement control and image positioning at the nanometer level. It helps sample fast and accurately to achieve stable imaging for a longer period of time. The magnification can reach 80x.
